Order privacy
The order form requests your email and WhatsApp number to identify your purchase, reconcile payment and contact you about the service. Never enter passwords, card numbers or IPTV playlist addresses.
Payment and order status
Orders are processed by our order service hosted on Hostinger. Contact details are encrypted at rest and available in private order administration. Amount, EUR currency, a reference and status are associated with your order. bunq receives the payment request and processes payment information under its own policies.
Your browser temporarily stores an order reference and tracking token in session storage. This token permits access to your order status: do not share the return link. Closing the browser may clear local tracking.
The WhatsApp button opens an editable draft. It does not automatically send a message. Following verified payment, the draft includes an order reference; avoid adding banking information. WhatsApp handles messages under its own terms.
Requests about your information
To request correction or deletion of contact details, contact support with your order reference. Some transaction records may need to be retained. Operator details and the specific retention period should be confirmed with support; this page is not a compliance certification.
